I was traveling solo in Venice and had a great stay at the Hotel Flora for 2 nights. The location is perfect as a base for exploring the city. The staff is really wonderful and helpful. I had an issue with my luggage lock and they graciously went out of their way to help me out - I appreciated this so much especially as I was alone! Everyone is just really professional and friendly and can help out with any recommendations or booking water taxis, etc. The garden is absolutely beautiful and relaxing. I really enjoyed breakfast here as well as relaxing for a coffee or glass of wine. The room was also very clean and had everything I needed. Would definitely return next time I'm in Venice!

It is an absolutely lovely Venetian boutique hotel. Service and hospitality are always a priority for the hotel staff and management. You are treated like family here. The light breakfast was perfect to get your day started. Fantastic location, very walkable to shops, dining, and attractions. A hidden gem. Don't hesitate to book this property!!

Abstenerse amantes de lo moderno y el minimalismo. Entrar en el Hotel Flora es como un pequeño viaje al pasado: decoración clásica, habitaciones enmoquetada, lámparas forjadas y un pequeño patio/jardín muy acogedor en el que tomar el desayuno que te sirven. En general te sentirás bien recibido, mejor tratado y muy muy agusto. El personal es atento, amable y servicial. Desde el primer momento quieren que te sientas bien tanto en el Hotel como en Venecia. Te recomiendan restaurantes, tiendas y actividades (en 3 días de estancia en Venecia he visitado 3 de los restaurantes que recomiendan y puedo decir que son todo un acierto). Especial relevancia adquiere la ubicación: a 5 minutos andando de la estación Giglio del vaporetto (por si vienes del aeropuerto con el servicio que presta la empresa Alilaguna) y a 5 minutos de la Plaza de San Marcos. La cama es muy cómoda y si bien la ducha es algo pequeña, creo que es un detalle sin importancia. Cierto es que las habitaciones enmoquetadas "huelen" a moqueta (no sé si me explico), pero es algo que al poco de estar en la habitación no se nota y en cualquier caso, totalmente insustancial como para no decidirse por este Hotel. Y todo ello a un buen precio teniendo en cuenta la zona en la que se ubica.

A very relaxed and pleasant stay and literally one of the best stays in our trip to Italy.
We enjoyed our stay .
The front desk lady , Pier Angelo or Mary Angelo , sorry I forgot proper spelling, she was amazing.
The garden is very beautiful.
The service and breakfast was really good.
In breakfast time, Mahdi was a really nice man and served us respectfully.
Location is great.
The decorations and designs throughout the hotel is very welcoming and stylish but rooms are very outdated I think.
Maybe they want to keep everything original.
Overall I give them a five star stay based on location, budget and service.
I will come back.
