hotel is in the mid of Venice. 5 steps to San Marco and Ponte Rialto. Fairly easy to reach (considering Venice). Rooms are nice and clean. We had a family room with a separate room for kids.

The team is very friendly and nice - can recommend the hotel and I would stay again there.

Ho trovato una camera nella settimana dopo il 15, per una sola notte. La camera pulita, essendo singola, piccola ma con tutto il necessario. Il bagno piccolissimo e scomodo. Il personale al nostro arrivo non granché...... In camera non mi funzionava aria condizionata, chiamo e la signorina della reception che già ci aveva ricevute, senza tanto garbo, mi dice di provare a mettere il termostato sul 30 (??? )..e poi di farle sapere.... Mi sa di presa in giro ... comunque alla fine mi manda un collega e sistemiamo la cosa. La presa in giro più grande e la sfacciataggine è stato il giorno seguente, sempre da parte della stessa persona. Avevamo saldato in agenzia e c'era solo la tassa di soggiorno. Euro 3.50 a persona. Quindi 7 euro. Ce ne chiede 14 e mi fa una ricevuta per soli 7 euro..... Stupida no..... Esco ma rientro e puntualizzo...... Questa cade come dalle nuvole ..... Dopo aver farfugliato qualcosa ci restituisce i soldi.....( Sicuramente se li sarebbe tenuti lei) non mi è piaciuta questa cosa.....!! Quindi non posso dare un buon giudizio......!

Très bonne expérience, personnel charmant et accueillant, ainsi que le service de chambre !
Très bonne localisation, à 3 min de la plage saint marc !
Notre chambre était un peu petite mais le petit balcon avec vue sur le petit canal en bas était incroyable, de quoi y prendre son petit déjeuné !!

This hotel was fantastic. Exactly what we expected from online booking.. Perfect location. Close to everything. View of the canal from the room. Room was quaint and lovely with characteristic Venetian decor. Spacious for two people sharing. Hotel was very clean throughout. Every single staff member was welcoming, helpful and friendly. I highly recommend!!!

This hotel offers a commendable experience, perfectly nestled in the heart of Venice. With a plethora of shops and restaurants in close proximity, it boasts an ideal location. The cleanliness of the hotel premises is exemplary.

However, the restroom facilities, though impeccably clean, are a tad small — a characteristic often associated with Venetian establishments.

One area that could see improvement is security. Specifically, it was observed that the front desk staff did not verify identification when distributing room keys, an oversight that could potentially compromise guest safety.

An additional point of contention was the requirement to sign the credit card receipt, even in the absence of a designated line for this task, which deviates from standard procedure. This procedure was slightly unsettling and could be reviewed for greater customer satisfaction.

The manager’s not polite, she disturbed our breakfast time and talked not in a proper manner in front of other customers. The worst part is i was going out last of our group, i was asked for 7,5euro for city tax.. later i know my tour guide has already paid my group tax, it’s almost a scam. Experienced this morning. Not recommended.
