Hotel muito bom, bem localizado ,próximo ótimos restaurantes cujos donos falam português. Recepcionitas atenciosos, Maria muito gentil. Café da manhã ótimo. Próximo estação de trem e ônibus para Aeroporto. Super recomendado. Tudo muito bom. Preço muito bom. From Brazil. Wilson

I only had lunch at the restaurant and found the price quality to be great! Especially considering the location. Quick and good service.

Lovely stay at Hotel Carlton on the Grand. Perfect location short walk from train station. Very convienent to water bus etc. Room very comfortable. Staff extra accomodating when I asked for a few pillows and they brought several(foam, feather, regular and small). My neck was hurting and thanks to you I got a good nights rest. Much appreciated. Catia very helpful with Vaporetto pass just purchase at hotel and she explained routes :) Alessio thank you for your help with directions. Breakfast staff wonderful ladies that work hard to keep area tidy. Breakfast is wonderful with a great variety. Housekeeping wonderful. Room sparkling clean. Thank you for a wonderful stay in your fabulous hotel.

Por ser un 4 estrellas la habitación no se lo vale, desayuno tipo bufet muy justito, caliente solo hay beicon y revuelto si quieres otra cosa te cobran a parte, no hay ni para tostar el pan...
