这家酒店位于圣马克广场2分钟路程，与贾科莫-卡萨诺瓦的古建筑面对面，由一个家庭经营，拥有23间客房，其中一些客房可以看到一个小运河。这些房间都是简单的，以现代和舒适的风格进行装修，全部位于1楼。其中一些房间可能有点小，但都很明亮。有可能在三或四人的房间里住宿。老板Gino是个很有魅力的人。

SCAM !! As many other reviewers testify, they reported my (perfectly working) credit card as invalid, twice, even after exchanges via whatsapp (w/Massimo) and accepting their so-called terms that this rsv is “not refundable for no reason”. They didn’t respond when i politely asked for an explanation or confirmation (as the rsv stayed active) or cancellation (only possible without charge if they do it..). So i was left to wait and fear for my card to be misused. I reported to bookingdotcom and hope they’ll take it off and do sth about this fraud. Thankfully the rsv was eventually officially cancelled. The same room which i booked for 100€ 10 days ago is now available for 452€… it’s ridiculous!!

Over all good experience
However I received the same treatment as other - said card cannot be charged ( 5 days before ) And their price now doubled too.
Wasting time , if they not keen to accept business in advance / accept earlier booking with low price - shouldn’t open for booking.
Shame on Italien. Italien way of hosting .
