修复后的18世纪宫殿，拥有俯瞰大运河的空调房间

十八世纪重建的宫殿，直接面向大运河。酒店的客房有空调，可以看到大运河或酒店的小花园。工作人员热情好客，能说流利的法语。乘坐汽车或火车到达时，酒店的位置是理想的。Nous avons tout de même trouvé quelques failles : le petit déjeuner continental est plutôt médiocre et, à cause du bruit, des doubles vitrages dans les chambres seraient souhaitables.

Ottima posizione, ambiente tutto da ristrutturare. Peccato che gli ambienti sono trascurati e decadenti. Non vedi l' ora di andare via.

Serviu ao meu propósito.
O quarto tem um estilo antigo, não tem elevador por ser um prédio antigo, a recepcionista é educada e você pode deixar as malas casa não tenha dado o horário do check-in.
Ao meu ver pra mim foi uma experiência boa ficar nele, fica perto da estação de trem Santa luzia e a de ônibus.

Currently staying at this hotel, entrance - dated, basic, robotic staff that dont have an ounce of customer service in them, were staying in Rm 112 second floor (no lift) corridors appear clean, but theres health and safety concerns - carpet on the stairs loose (someones gonna slip and break there foot) and the railings as you get to the second floor are loose (someone will end up leaning on that and ending up on the first floor with a fractured spine) honestly prison cells are bigger, id probably rather stay in a prison tbh, the room is more than outdated, cracks in the ceiling and walls, plug socket very tempremental, air con not working, a dead mosquito squished to the wall, no handles on the wardrobe, once in the wardrobe - no coat hangers to hang your clothes, no shower holder - so you gotta hold it whilst you wash, bathroom window doesnt close properly, seals around the shower dirty and peeling, you only get one pillow, no view out the window - just over looks a over grown roof, Breakfast - you have to exit the hotel and go round the corner to another hotel, be prepared to wait for a table, its a small dining room thats host to two hotels, breakfast food was basic, the coffee from the machine was good though. We did ask to exchange rooms but there was none available, i dont know how this hotel can charge the prices it does!!! Location is great though!!! Would not stay at this hotel again even if it was free!!!

Hôtel vieillissant, vétuste, chambre minuscule, pas de climatisation, réfrigérateur hors service, odeur de désinfectant pestilentielle. Disparition d’une casquette dans la chambre. TV hors service. Literie convenable. Petit déjeuner correct. Je ne recommande surtout pas. Fuyez

Un completo engaño, no se parece nada en la realidad, esta viejo y descuidado. Le falta mucho mantenimiento. Llegando nos mandaron un hotel la vuelta de ahí que es como del mismo dueño,un desastre. Evitenlo, he ido a hoteles de menor precio y mejores que este.
