They give half size rooms compared to what you paid in advance for and then just argue with you and not listening. Moldy, dirty, see pictures yourself. Rude staff. Shower over toilet. False pictures on booking sites.

My wife and I are from Jordan, I red the reviews on several hotel booking apps. I was shocked how good the hotel and staff when we visited Venice on the 25 of March 2024. The room was small however it had every thing we needed. also very clean it was a corner room number 25. yes it was smaller than other rooms but it had every thing. wooden floors small toilet with shower and hair dryer ...etc. also the location with great fish restaurant next to it and others. location is the best for Venice since you do not have to walk in the dark narrow streets of Venice and it is next to the train station also the bus station....etc oh and the supermarket coop is near. now the staff. so friendly and caring as we had breakfast to take with us at 6: 50am !!! yes before they opened the gave us breakfast to take with us :) now to check in you walk 30 meters further to other hotel and they give you the key so what! it was less than 30 meters and we understand why because they own both hotels. Wow Wow and I hope they keep the price of the stay the same so we can go back to Hotel Florida Venice :)

Hotel due stelle.
Il check in va fatto in un altro hotel lì vicino. La reception non è attiva.
Nel letto matrimoniale un materasso a molle era sfondato. Per fortuna che dopo varie bestemmie mi sono accorto che l'altra metà del letto era abbastanza utilizzabile.
Bagno piccolino. Doccia con chiusura a tenda. Bagno maleodorante come altri hotels a Venezia.
Televisione piccola che non ho acceso.
Piccola cassaforte a disposizione.
Verso l'esterno non c'è insonorizzazione quindi dalla calle sale ogni rumore che si sente in maniera veramente prepotente (serrande, scorrimento di valige, voci, ventole di altre attività, un delirio).
Non so se la qualità è allineata al prezzo perché ha pagato un mio cliente. Magari costa poco e niente.
Posizione comoda perché è vicino alla stazione e a tutti i vaporetti.
Hotel che avrebbe bisogno di un intervento pesante per essere migliorato.
Consigliato? No, non lo consiglio.
