Buona esperienza in questo bell'albergo che ho per molti anni sottovalutato. La posizione, pur essendo a pochi passi da piazzale roma e ferrovia, e quindi potenzialmente non nella zona più "wow" di venezia, in realtà è affacciato su un bel canale e ha di fronte un grande parco.
In particolare il barman ci ha fatto un paio di ottimi cocktail, e abbiamo assaggiato alcuni piatti del menu di pasqua. Una ottima tartare di manzo, un agnello non tenerissimo ma molto gustoso, nel complesso una ottima esperienza con personale del ristorante premuroso e accogliente. Torneremo

Great location, great service, and great atmosphere. The only tiny downside was that there were ants near the the window. However, it had been raining recently, and that's just what ants do when it rains.
The hotel was really luxurious though, right from the second you walk in. My wife and I loved Venice, and this hotel helped make it special for us.

This hotel has been targeted by assailants and is NOT safe for guests. I stayed here with my family in March of 2024 and my mother and I were mugged and assaulted feet from the front door of the hotel. We were robbed of valuables and I was injured during the attack. The police were called by good samaritans nearby. When the police arrived, they informed us that this was not the first incident of this nature to occur recently in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. The hotel is aware of this problem and has done nothing to ensure the safety of guests. They have no security (they do not even have managerial staff on site most of the time) and did not offer any assistance to us in the immediate aftermath of this event. We spent hours in the hotel lobby filing police reports and were not so much as offered a bottle of water or a comfortable place to sit. We made our booking via Costco Travel who is supposedly investigating, but MGallery/Accor Group has not made any attempt to contact us. Whether you book directly or through a third party like we did, you are putting your personal safety at risk by staying at this hotel.
