We slept in the residential area which called Residence La Fenice. Few minutes from the hotel. We arrived very late but the apartment took our breath away: it was well designed, equipped, clean and big right by the Venice opera house and not far from Saint Marco square. The bedrooms were big and we slept like a log. I’m trying to book it again to the next December. I want to mention Giovanni who helped us a lot.

If you are coming to Venice you should definitely consider Palazzina Fortuny as your hotel. I can't say enough great things about the staff and hotel. They were very nice and helpful, the rooms were brand new with great AC and in a terrific location. They also offer a great breakfast buffet in the morning that you don't want to miss. I will only stay here my next visits to Venice. Thank you for a great stay

Great central location. The room was spacious, functional and spotless clean. The staff is attentive and helpful. They have a great breakfast buffet: it is not huge, but it is more than enough and the quality is really good.

Excellent hotel, the staff was very friendly and looked after us very well, the breakfast was also great. The location is excellent, right in the middle of San Marco, yet very quiet in a side alle. All the famous sights can be reached on foot in 5 to 10 minutes. There is a large supermarket right next door.

La chambre était très confortable ainsi que la partie salle de bain !
Le petit déjeuner est aussi excellent, pour tous les goûts aussi bien sucré que salé !
Et l'emplacement est parfait !
