We had a fantastic stay here from start to finish in November. The location of the hotel is perfect, buzzing but not too busy. The bar tables outside were perfect for an apero and we had a great meal in the restaurant as well. The cocktail bar is also amazing. The staff is super approachable and friendly. I highly recommend this beautiful and comfortable hotel!

A magical hotel in every way! Aesthetically incredible, with beautifully designed rooms and interiors. The best cocktails you will ever try. Delicious food (the panisse cichetti I could live off) at the Restaurant Adriatica, with outside tables looking over Giudecca across the water. It’s in a perfect location, close to everything but quiet and not touristy. What makes this hotel unique is the incredible staff- from Guillarme (the super host), to Lorenzo, Francesco, Ivan, Pietro… managed by the calm and capable Christian, I could go on. Every time I visit it is like coming back home. It is also impeccably clean! Cannot recommend the hotel highly enough. Thank you Christian and the team for making our lives better!

Ho fatto colazione con degli amici, ho ordinato il prosciutto con pane e burro (un asterisco precisava che i prodotti dell’elenco sarebbero stati serviti con pane e burro) il conto riporta un’aggiunta proprio per il pane e burro. Ho chiesto dei chiarimenti e mi è stato risposto che il conto era corretto e che era il menu che riportava una descrizione del piatto non congruente. La cameriera mi precisa che da quando lei lavora lì il piatto è servito secondo altre modalità, mi specifica che il prosciutto è servito con le uova e quindi avevo ricevuto un ordine che non corrispondeva al menu. Invece di compensare l’errore ammesso dopo aver ammesso che il menu era fuorviante e riportava di sicuro un errore, ha preferito spiegarmi che era stato approvato dal manager (anche se sbagliato) e non era colpa sua. Conveniva con me con l’esigenza di correggere e ristampare ma nient’altro. Dopo questa discussione paradossale per un errore di pochi euro, ho preferito andar via senza proseguire con ulteriori richieste. Ambiente sicuramente progettato con cura e aderenza al contesto e alle tendenze contemporanee. Servizio piuttosto superficiale.

Had a cocktail at the hotel bar until the experimental cocktail bar opened at 18:30.
The first pictures are of the hotel bar which I thought was beautifully decorated giving strong 60s, retro vibes. Cocktails priced around 10-13 euro.
The last pictures are of the small cocktail bar that you can access through a door opposite the hotel reception. They have an extensive and interesting list of cocktails, that taste really good (priced around 13-15 Euro).

Apparently you can also enter the bar from the main side of the hotel entrance (see last pic).
I definitely recommend a visit.
