If you don't care about sleeping and are a 24/7 clubber, this is your place. The water taxi couldn't drop me off at the hotel when I arrived from the airport because I was not on "the list" of (event?) guests the people at the pier had, which apparently did not include hotel guests.

Once in my room the DJ set on the ground floor had started and continued until 3am, it was so loud the walls were shakinf

This hotel is absolutely flawless. From arrival to departure and everything in between, it was an absolute pleasure to stay there. The location is right on the grand canal and conveniently located to lots of restaurants and museums. We had a signature grand canal suite with balconies that overlooked the canal. It was extremely spacious and beautifully decorated. There was no noise from the neighbouring rooms. The toiletries provided in the room are high quality - and there are lots of small touches which go a long way, ie the hairbrush in the toiletry kit is an *actual* brush, not one of those cheap horrible plastic ones. The shampoo and conditioner are lovely! My daughter was very impressed with the Dyson hair dryer. The mini-bar included was a nice touch as well (and let's face it, how much mini-bar food and drink are you actually going to consume when you're right in the middle of Venice?). :) The concierge service is second to none. They work via WhatsApp (or in person, if you want). As this was a quickly planned trip, I hadn't booked too many activities. With every request, it was read *immediately* and responded to or arranged within minutes! We were very sad to leave and would definitely return.

Modern clean and comfortable hotel with touches of luxury throughout and a truly wonderful stay. From breakfast to late night drinks, transfers to tours the hotel and its fabulous team delivered perfectly. As someone who stays in hotels 100+ nights a year this was easily the best stay of the year

We arranged transfer through reception and from that moment everything was seamless. We were well looked after and there was a friendly face always available to deal with any request. The hotel is beautiful. Such gorgeous design!
