Sehr schönes Zimmer und tolle Lage. Alles ist schnell erreichbar (Bahnhof, Fähre, Supermarkt)
Im Umkreis befinden sich sehr viele gute Restaurants (wobei man in Venedig hauptsächlich gutes Essen vorfindet). Das Frühstück bietet alles was man braucht und wird mit sehr viel Liebe zubereitet. Über der Küche befindet sich ein Aufgang zu einer traumhaften Dachterrasse - perfekt für eine Kaffee. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und das Bett war sehr komfortabel. Zimmer sind sauber und schön eingerichtet - man fühlt sich wie Zuhause. Im Vorraum liegen Prospekte mit Info über Venedig und der Betreiber ist auch sehr hilfsbereit. Den Preis finde ich für die Lage vollkommen gerechtfertigt.

Bien placé, le centre n est pas trop loin en vapareto qui est à 5 mn du B&B et en marchant un peu permet de voir les quartiers de Venise.
10 mn à pied du pont Rialto.
Se trouve dans une petite ruelle passante mais en fermant les fenêtres de la chambre plus aucun bruit.
Par contre ne parle pas du tout français comme indiqué sur l annonce.
Personnel très gentil.

Nice, comfortable bed & breakfast. Very friendly staff, especially Alessia. Our room was a good size for Venice and had a walk-in shower, in-room safe, fast WiFi, Smart TV with free Netflix, blackout drapes and air conditioning.
The B&B is located about a 10 minute walk from the Rialto Bridge and the Santa Lucia train station. You are a bit further from St. Mark's Square, but still not a bad location. Plenty of good restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay here again the next time we're in Venice.

Camere pulite e colazione ottima e varia, con torta e crepes preparate in casa.
