Sehr freundliches Personal, vorallem beim Frühstück. Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet und sauber. Pluspunkt - Kostenlose Gepäckaufbewahrung nach dem Check Out! Perfekte Unterkunft für einen Kurztrip nach Venedig

Zwei kleine Kritikpunkte, die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Man hört jedes Wort der Zimmernachbarn und die Tische beim Frühstück wackeln extrem.

Hotel un peu à l'écart des zones trop fréquentées.
Chambres et lit ultra confortables (foi de double opéré du dos) spacieuses et au decor baroque mais sobre, service impeccable multilingue, buffet petit dej' très bien fourni et varié (mention spéciale pour la marmelade d'orange que je n'aime habituellement pas).
Personnel bieeeeeeeeeeen plus sympathique que dans tous les restos que vous ferez à Venise.

The rooms are small but that's alright unless and until you are a plus plus size. Overall in Venice everything looks mesmerising beautiful. So yes this hotel was a gem in terms of service and location.

a lovely building with colorful facade. spacious and clean room. Both vaporetto stations to/from train station and airport are closeby. super convenient.

Arrived late due to plane cancellation, and we were welcome with a glass of champagne
The hotel was nice, and the staff were lovely and helpful. Lovely breakfast and a bar/ lounge downstairs if you fancy a nightcap. The location was great, and although not in the city centre, we still walked everywhere. There were water buses available as well. Very close to the shops and lovely squares with cafes and restaurants, and the sea on the other side. I would stay there again if I was visiting Venice again.

Camera standard di dimensioni adeguate e ben pulita.
Personale eccezionale e molto disponibile.
Colazione davvero eccellente con tanta varietà di dolce e salato.
Posizione ottimale in zona tranquilla a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione con fermata del vaporetto accanto.
Sempre a 10 minuti a piedi sono situati diversi locali dove mangiare cucina tipica.
Soggiorno veramente piacevole e, sicuramente, quando torneremo a Venezia, soggiorneremo nuovamente qui.

Phenomenal hotel that we stayed at for 2 nights while visiting Venice. The staff was excellent and they even accommodated my special requests for flowers and wine on short notice. Room was clean and elegant with nice view of the courtyard area. Pretty easy walk from the train station (about 10-12 mins). It is on the far west side so about 20 walk from the center of town but we didn’t mind exploring. Would definitely recommend to anyone and would stay again

Thank you so much for the free upgrade to the red room. We really enjoyed our stay! The red suite simply was amazing - the biggest hotel room i‘ve ever seen in Venice. What a quiet place with a great view and the jacuzzi really was a nice experience. All in all - everything was perfect and we will return for sure when we come back to Venice.

Super schönes Hotel, extrem saubere und großzügige Zimmer. tolle Lage innerhalb von 10 Gehminuten des Bahnhofs.
Wir wurden von einem Economy Zimmer auf eine Suite ohne Aufpreis upgegradet. Der Blick von der Dachterrasse, mit Whirlpool!!, war atemberaubend. Sehr freundliches Personal. Tolle Lage in einer ruhigeren Gegend, aber dennoch nur kurze Fußwege zu traditionellen Restaurants und vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Rundum ein perfekter Aufenthalt.

Sinceramente non saprei da dove iniziare; dal check in al check out è stato tutto perfetto.. un super upgrade, graditissimo, ci ha permesso di vivere una notte magica, in una super suite affacciata sul Canale de Cannaregio; la ragazza all’accoglienza ci ha sapientemente illustrato le principali linee dei battelli, in partenza dalla fermata vicinissima (tre archi) e per raggiungere le isole nei dintorni.. stanza bellissima, molto silenziosa, pulizia top, bagno top (completo di potente phon e di tutto e di più), letto stra comodo, personale d’oro.. struttura che avevo già scelto per i miei genitori e che non ho avuto dubbi a scegliere di nuovo. Quando tornerò a Venezia, nemmeno perderò tempo a cercare altrove. Sarà il nostro hotel di riferimento. Posizione defilata rispetto al “traffico” cittadino, ma con negozietti e ristorantini nei dintorni, un bellissimo brulichio.. inoltre si trova nelle immediate vicinanze del ghetto ebraico, quartiere da non perdere.
Ho scelto questa struttura perché non tollero gli hotel in stile ‘700-‘800, mi vien l'angoscia solo a pensarci!! Cercavo quindi tassativamente una struttura moderna. Check out ore 12! Insomma, potrei scrivere altre 100 righe ma poco conta. Questo posto è il top per visitare Venezia e STAR BENE.
Se come me, siete abili viaggiatori, vi piace la comodità, ma non siete amanti del caos questa è la scelta giusta. Non perdete tempo, prenotate ad occhi chiusi. Prezzo pagato ottimo, certamente a seconda del periodo può alzarsi e non di poco, ma probabilmente li vale tutti.

Bon rapport qualité prix compte tenu du fait que le petit déjeuner est inclus, mais en réalité mieux vaut un hôtel du même niveau sans petit déjeuner, tant le petit déjeuner est mauvais. Même pas 1 étoile pour le petit déjeuner, soit ils changent de cuisinier, soit ils en prennent un (il est possible qu'il n'y en ai pas....)

Un faux 4 étoiles! Petit déjeuner et un accueil pas à la hauteur de 4 étoiles . Hormis l’emplacement ,la taille des chambres et le service du petit déjeuner .

Un séjour à Venise inoubliable grâce à cet hôtel ! Tout était parfait, du début à la fin. Le service était impeccable, les installations étaient magnifiques et l'emplacement était idéal. Cerise sur le gâteau, nous avons même eu un surclassement pour notre anniversaire, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus spécial. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel à tous ceux qui souhaitent vivre une expérience exceptionnelle à Venise.
