Outdated food, stuffy atmosphere and a waste of time and money. This place is the kind of place your grandpa insists on going because they serve the dishes he ate when he was young. That's not a good thing. I should have left when thwy brought out a pathetic playe of cold tiny bread... The tuna dish was uninspired and lacked depth. The ink noodles were slimy and disgusting. I'm mostly upset I wasted a meal here instead of eating at the neighboring restaurants

The food is outstanding. Complete with complimentary amuse bouche and after-dinner petit fours, this restaurant goes above and beyond. We were lucky to get a table without a reservation, so be sure to reserve a table and have an amazing dining experience. A Venice must. Enjoy.

Totally recommended. In a great city with highly variable quality restaurant food and experience this place just nails it. It is classic high quality european dining. The menu is there to challenge and please as you wish with both traditional venetian and typical modern dishes. (e.g. Beef tongue or duck). Cooking is sophisticated. The service is exceptional. I'd imagine the tasting menu is exceptional but we went a la carte. The decor is warm and feels special. It's a bit expensive but not outrageous or in any way exploitative and worth every cent. You could visit with your partner or friends or family. Plently of options and price points. Special shout out to Stephane the somellier. A true partner to you and the restaurant to enhance your dining experience; give him free rein! I'll be back every time I come back to Venice.

I rarely give 5 stars for anything.

This is my second time dining at this restaurant and I don’t know how they managed to do it, but it was even better than first time. On both occasions I’ve had their signature tasting menu along with the wine pairing. I don’t drink alcohol and they were able to accommodate the pairing to be non alcoholic. Every single plate was phenomenal.
I will definitely come back the next time I visit this region of Italy. A must try restaurant if you coming to Venise.

The best meal I’ve ever had. The food was immaculate, and the service beyond excellent. If you’re at all interested in food, wine, or historical cuisine, do yourself a favour and book a table. You won’t regret it.

This place is magical, the food is superb. Traditional Venetian fayre elevated in presentation but losing none of the flavour and spirit of Venezia.
Impeccable service and beautiful setting just makes it an all round beautiful experience.

Ho provato questo ristorante più volte, e mi sono trovato sempre molto bene. Stavolta ho assaggiato un fantastico filetto cotto a bassa temperatura è un ottimo dessert con cioccolato e frutto della passione. Il locale è molto particolare, con arredamento molto pesante, ma alla fine gradevole. Lo staff non è male, ma hanno la pessima tendenza a cercare di venderti prodotti. Un vero peccato per un ristorante che non è più turistico come 20 anni fa.

Nous avons testé les menus découvertes pour notre anniversaire de rencontre.
Le serveur expliquait tout en français. Les repas étaient délicieux. La présentation, pour la plupart des plats, très jolie (difficile de faire des pâtes en beauté lol). Cadre sympathique, déco "Venise".

Ce restauration nous avait été recommandé et nous avons été enchantés ! Le personnel est professionnel et sympathique tout en faisant preuve de discrétion et parle un Français impeccable. Remerciements tout particulier pour le sommelier dédié à notre table très prévenant et de bons conseils.
Les plats sont raffinés (surprenante soupe à l'artichaut et extraordinaire canard à la Vénitienne).
A noter qu'au signalement d'un verre de vin compté en trop sur la note, celui-ci nous a été immédiatement remboursé (même un peu plus) et la grappa nous a été offerte !
Une très bonne adresse.
