A precious solitaire among the small hotels in Venice: delightful and very stylish: "Italian modern design" meets "Venetian style of the centuries". Enchanted and quietly located, close to EVERYTHING that makes the blood beat faster in Venice: Vaporetto, bars & restaurants, small and bigger squares, Academia, Guggenheim, Rialto, even San Marco is no problem on foot. Breakfast served in the room... Lovely presented with an excellent cappuccino.... Top beds, extremely quiet, charming. Helpful and very well oriented and informed hosts - a "I definitely want to stay here at home hotel" - ars vivendi. Best choice ever if you love to live unique with style.

How was I so lucky as to choose this hotel? So easy to arrive by private car: the pick up and drop off point was less than a five minute walk from the hotel entrance and very easy to navigate. Francesco and the entire staff are so kind, friendly, attentive, and truly care about their guests. The use of WhatsApp for a virtual reception, the tranquility and security of the place, the gorgeous furnishings and delicious breakfast... everything surpassed my expectations! I would stay here again, without a doubt. Grazie!!

My wife and I stayed here during our visit and we absolutely loved our stay. Right from the beginning of helping us navigate our way from the train station, to offering a cold towel and prosecco upon arrival, to booking our transportation to the airport when we checked out. The location is wonderful and very peaceful but close enough to walk anywhere you would like. The Breakfast was wonderful, we took it out room and private garden. Additionally, I was dealing with a sprained ankle on the trip and they provided ice and help several times for the smallest little requests like that. They really treated us well and we highly recommend a stay here! We hope to be back!

Cozy hotel with privacy. We got a room with a terrace and we didn´t see any other guests during our stay so that was nice. The owner of the hotel was super sweet, upon our arrival he welcomed us with a drink and hand towels to refresh ourselves. The room was big and it had unique modern interior. There was a shop and a restaurant close by and also the ferrie transport was near. The hotel used whatsup for communication so they send us information there and also when I contacted them they replied right away. I would come back for sure! The only thing I didn´t really like was the price for breakfast, it seemed too expensive.
