We ask if could have tap water but the waiter actually “educated” (more like mensplain) us that water in Venice is not free (but we did get free tap water in some nice restaurants so thats why we ask).
The bread are super dry and served without any olive oil and vinegar BUT almost all the other table has one so I assume they just dont bother serving us because we do not order “that much”.
For carbonara, this basic Italian dish, the Guanciale (i m not sure, maybe it is just bacon) is not even caramelised or decently fried. The speghetti taste like pasta cooking water in the middle.
It is such a bad dining experience, and they still dare to charge 12% service charge. Shameless.
