Seemed pretty polite, however we had to wait very long to get our food (I'd say over 30 minutes after ordering), and once we did it was rather disappointing.
Pizzas were super hard and frankly tasted like it was from the freezer. Lasagna wasn't that much better either. The bread sticks were the best part, honestly.
Not sure what was up with that, honestly. Most reviews seem pretty positive but my experience was not, makes me wonder if it depends on the time and day, maybe they have a different chef. Who knows- but can't recommend.
