Restaurant experience was one of the worst. Service was quick and accommodating with water, bread, and seating, but there was a catch. The pasta bolognese tasted like nothing. The pasta bolognese was undercooked and flavorless. Microwaveable dinner can taste better. They gave us packets of Parmesan cheese labeled with the PDO seal, which is supposed to guarantee freshness and quality, which it was not. We enjoyed the patatine fritte which was surprisingly good, one of the best sides I’ve tasted in Italy honestly. We were then asked by one of the waitresses, (Ursula?) if we enjoyed our meal, and after we expressed our dissatisfaction she asked us if we were cooks. We are in fact not, but as customers we were simply baffled by such low quality. Cooking a better meal would not be hard. Perhaps they serve tourists differently, but all the waiters and waitresses were friendly. I cannot recommend this restaurant.

I thought the food was extremely underwhelming. I paid €16 for 4 slivers of salmon thrown onto a plate of lettuce, and the salmon was completely cold. Terrible prices. On top of this, Ursula was being very disrespectful to us when we gave our honest opinion on the food, which was awful. Couldn’t handle honest feedback. If I were the owner of this restaurant and saw her treating my customers like that, I’d fire her immediately.

*DO NOT EAT HERE* The food was terrible. Also the waitress Usula or Ursula not exactly sure her name but she asked me if the food was good and I said it was alright and she commented back asking “are u a chef?”. Extremely rude to say to a customer. I’ve been in Italy for 3 months and had plenty of pasta. Ordered Pasta Bolognese, a simple dish and it tasted like a tv dinner thrown in the microwave. Also would like to note I’ve never written a review in my life but the food was so bad and the service even worse that I felt the need to. Save ur money and go somewhere else!!
