Terrible experience. We bought two tickets at Punta della Dogana which were also supposed to be valid for Palazzo Grassi (as was also written on them). When we went to visit Palazzo Grassi after Punta della Dogana, the ladies at the ticket office told us our tickets are not valid and claimed they have already been used (which they were not). After we showed them our receipts as proof, they checked our tickets in their computer and saw we indeed entered only Punta della Dogana, but still claimed our tickets were used and wouldn’t let us in.
