This place met all of our needs. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Room was very clean. Loved the breakfast each day and sitting outside at the bar! Would definitely recommend and come back!

This is a review for the outdoor restaurant. Four stars for the lovely view of the lake, but everything else about the meal was pretty terrible. The table bread was stale, the Hugo spritz tasted like pure lime juice, the smoked salmon sandwich was overloaded with sour cream and came on cheap generic sliced bread, 3 of our meals came out together while my brother and dad waited another 25+ minutes for theirs. And once theirs came the waiter didn’t apologize at all for the wait. DO NOT GO if you want something more than a pretty view by the water

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights in October. Everything about our stay was great. The pictures may seem like the hotel is a little outdated but in person it has a very classic Italian look to it. The rooms were nice with a nice clean washroom. The breakfast had a good selection. The location of this hotel can't be beat, as it's right in front of where the ferry dropped us of. The price was very reasonable as well. The staff at the front desk were always very helpful. I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking to go to Bellagio.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. Was a little apprehensive considering some of the reviews but it was actually lovely. The hotel location is absolutely incredible. Literally metres away from the ferry port. The staff are very friendly, nice and helpful. The rooms are a little quirky but the bathrooms have been updated and the rooms are very warm and spacious. We had the most gorgeous view overlooking the lake which was the highlight. Breakfast was nice - again nothing fancy but good enough to set you up for the day. I’ll definitely stay here again when I visit lake como again. Would recommend based on location, service and price

Stopped here for a few drinks in the rain. Drinks are ok but don’t serve bar snack between 2-4 (even olives). Service is ok

We really enjoyed our stay in Bellagio at the Hotel Florence. The decor was lovely and it was very quiet there. We also had a waterfront view of Lake Como, which was spectacular. The dining area was very pleasant, inside for breakfast, and outside by the lake for dinner. The food and service were excellent. We would definitely stay here again.

I've stayed at this hotel twice now, perfect base for road cycling in my experience. Breakfast is lovely and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
Hope to be back next year!

We were looking forward to a great meal at this restaurant with our group of four friends. The food did not disappoint us, as we enjoyed a variety of dishes from the starter, first and second courses. The food was absolutely amazing, and we would recommend it to anyone who appreciates good cuisine. However, the service was a different story. The staff who served us were friendly and helpful, except for the team leader (with glasses) who was very unwelcoming and unprofessional. He refused to give us a table for four when I arrived alone, even though there were plenty of empty tables, including two near the water. We had to send the ladies in our group to ask for a table, and they got one without any problem. This team leader clearly needs some training in hospitality and customer relations, as well as a smile on his face. He made us feel discriminated and unwelcome. Because of him, we can only give this place three stars, despite the excellent food and the other staff. We hope that the management will address this issue and improve the service quality. Thank you to everyone else who made our last night in Bellagio memorable.

Elegante cafetería frente al lago. Extensa carta de cócteles, cafés y aperitivos. Se paga el lugar y la categoría.
Estuvimos muy agusto pero café con leche en taza pequeña y a precio de oro.

Man zahlt eigentlich hauptsächlich für die Lage unangemessene Preise, Personal nicht sehr ambitioniert, eher Touristenfalle! Das Essen war nichts besonderes, Preis eben nur für Lage!

Bad experience at this bar:
The waiter came to take our order, my friend asked him a question about cocktails, he took half of our order and left. Anyway, another waitress came after we called her, she took the rest of the order and we’ve waited a long time to receive our order.

A személyzet nem igazán beszéli meg mikor mi van nyitva a hotelen belül. Csak egy italt szerettünk volna inni a teraszon mondták hogy 15:00kor nyitnak, vártunk, majd mikor 15:00 lett kitessékeltek minket mert “kevés a személyzet” ezáltal nem tudunk itt fogyasztani. A kilátás gyönyörű de a ki nem szolgálás végett nem tudok több mint 2 csillagot adni
