If you want tiny room with mosquitos and paying for AC, you are welcome yo stay here... I have never seen staff being so rude, unpolite and aggressive. I have big experience in traveling, and this place is in such a beautiful location, so this is a 1st time I put only 1 star for accomodation. I can't understand how the owner can't see that a lot of reviews are with the same objection. Instead of listening to guests and being polite you just write all these disgusting replies. I don't think the staff of this place are allowed to run bussiness.

Excellent little rooms, great view, relatively quiet (although the walls are quite thin). Easily accessible, short walk to the borgo (centre village of Bellagio) and nice little coffee service in the mornings.

El hotel es correcto. Las paredes que separan de las otras habitaciones muy delgadas y se oye todo no se puede descansar con tranquilidad son como de papel . La ubicación está al otro lado del puerto y el camino más corto son unas escalinatas que hay que recorrer con las maletas. No repetiría.

The room was clean, but extremely small, noisy and loud. Really very small, so I couldn't even unpack my suitcase. The bathroom was similarly tiny. In the shower, I could hardly even turn around, even though I'm a slim person. It was also disappointing that the hotel owner was unfriendly. We didn't feel very welcome as guests. Therefore, I wouldn't recommend the B&B and would prefer to spend a few more euros and go somewhere else.

really good service, you can have a cheap breakfast in the garden of the hotel and the staff is very friendly. neat rooms, and clean. 10 min walk to the center of bellagio.

Lovely place to stay just out of the tourist mayhem of the town center. Only a short, very pleasant stroll to the town - I really enjoyed the walk. Room super neat and clean with a lovely window that opened up to let in the afternoon sun and cool breeze. The optional breakfast was very affordable, generous, fresh and delicious with lots of choice. My room was on the bottom floor and at times was quite noisy with people talking in the hallway or at the reception. Overall, I would definitely stay here again :)

Lindo lugar, bien atendido, hay distintas habitaciones! El desayuno es a la carta con buen precio y lo puedes tomar en la habitacion o jardín!

Bon accueil, il y avais certes une erreur de réservation mais l'erreur venait de moi. Par chance, il restait une chambre de libre et avons pu séjourner dans l'hôtel.
Concernant la chambre, elle était propre mais très petite et manquait peut-être d'équipements (par rapport aux prix pour une nuit).
Enfin, l'hôtel est situé à un peu plus de 15 minutes de marche du centre.

Tolle Unterkunft mit kleinem Gartenanteil und abgeschlossenen bzw. verschlossenen Innenhof, wo ebenfalls Parkplätze zur Verfügung stehen. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und die Zimmer sind maritim eingerichtet. Man läuft ca. 10-15 Minuten bis zur Fußgängerzone Bellagios.

Très bon hôtel, chambres impeccables et joliment décorées. Super terrasses individuelles avec vue sur le lac.
Petit déjeuner en + à 10€, complet avec du jus d'orange frais.
Attention cependant, difficile d'accès sans voiture : même si Google indique 600 mètres de la gare de Bellagio, il faut absolument savoir que ce sont 600 mètres d'escaliers, certes charmants dans des ruelles en vieilles pierres.. mais infernaux avec une valise ;-)

Beautiful location, just out of the hustle of bellagio. Fantastic views , gorgeous breakfasts. We had booked this lovely B&B just before covid lockdown and so had to wait 2 years before we could eventually go. The hostess was brilliant and held open our reservation. She gave us a beautiful room and nothing was too much trouble for her. I would highly recommend this great little B &B.
