Nous avons réservé 2 chambres dans cet hôtel en mars pour le mois d'Août via un moteur de réservation. La propriétaire nous a contacté pour nous demander de réserver en direct.
À notre arrivée elle s'est juste rendu compte qu'elle avait oublié de nous réserver les 2 chambres.
La seule solution proposée, un appartement dans une résidence, pas de vue, pas de clim, sur la route principale, une seule chambre avec canape-lit.
Le pire est que seuls quelques coups de fil ont du être passés par l'hôtel, car dès le lendemain nous avons trouvé nous-même des chambres dans un hôtel très bien pour le même budget.
Pas un appel de la gérante, juste un "I am sorry, my mistake."
En plus le restaurant de l'hôtel était fermé et au petit-déjeuner il n'y avait pas grand chose à manger à notre arrivée...
Bref sens du service ZERO. Une attitude intolérable pour un établissement dans un lieu touristique. A ÉVITER ABSOLUMENT

Quite good location of the hotel.
It is difficult to find parking, but this is difficult in all of Italy, the hotel does not have its own parking unfortunately. If you want to check in during the day, you are unlikely to succeed, since there is no one at lunchtime, but you can call the number, they always answer. The rooms in the hotel are clean and tidy, quite spacious rooms with terraces, not much cramped bathroom but everything is there. There are no air conditioners, but there is a fan, which makes it easier in the summer heat. There is a place nearby where you can swim in the morning, there are usually not many people there. A kilometer from the hotel is the center and the park and all the restaurants with shops. The hotel serving breakfast - there is not much, but you have almost everything. The Restaurant isn’t operating at the moment. In general, I recommend this place as a stopover in Bellagio.

Bon soyons clair , chambre look ancien te mais bonne literie, il faut prendre les chambres avec vue Lac qui sont top !!!! service , le jeune réceptionniste est adorable, la direction ...eh bien je cherche encore la caméra caché une vrais blague ...bref pour la localisation oui à 150 % pour le petit dej ca va...resto est ferme , je pense que le chef n a plus de XANAX :-)

Un charmant petit hôtel au calme avec une vue magnifique sur le lac. Choisissez l'option chambre avec vue vous ne le regretterez pas
Le centre de Bellagio est à 10/15 minutes à pied avec une belle montée à l'aller et au retour mais sur un joli chemin piétonnier
Une minuscule plage près de l'hôtel permet même de se baigner

We also spoke to a local, who knows the hotel well, and said that all they care about is money. They’ve closed the restaurant because it means they get to do even less work than they do already.
This was the worst holiday of my life because of this hotel. It was truly awful. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOUR LIFE DEPENDED ON IT.
