It was a wonderful experience staying at the hotel. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The service at the restaurant was great at each meal, be it breakfast or lunch and dinner. I would definitely go back to stay there.

It's a few years since we've stayed here but I only have positive memories. I went to this site to reminisce and was so surprised to see negative reviews. We had a VERY positive experience in an idyllic location. Hotel is so lovely.

I only rated service as 3 star as we had not need of service. Maybe that should be a 4 then!

Bellissimo Hotel sul lago , vista con paesaggio spettacolare servizi e comfort super, cibo ottimo e ben disposto con decorazione sul piatto, personale gentile umile e ben preparato nel consigliare e nel servire drink e pietanze, qualità rapporto prezzo giusto visto la location, Albergo super consigliato .

Great location, restarant imperial amazing location and food, easy to go by boat to como

Maitre Silavano very helpful and he is leading great team....great breakfast bueffet
2 ladies Ariana and Violetta both are the concierge friendly and very helpful to find restaurant or places to go...
The Reception Team friendly for the check in..under the vision Clelia and Gabriel doing amazing job
The Barstaff from Perdro ...best cocktails
