We were unable to stay in this hotel due to a personal emergency. Paolo in the Reservations team was absolutely brilliant and showed full understanding. Will definitely stay here when we eventually make the trip!

The Hilton Lake Como location offers prime lake Como views. At reception, the staff was kind and accommodating, welcoming Hilton Diamond members with a glass of Prosecco. You can enjoy a heated infinity pool with stunning lake views, a funcional gym, and spa services that include aquatherapy pool, steam bath, sauna for an affordable fee, or extravagantly priced massage and aesthetic services.
Beds are comfortable and room was clean. We experienced two of the queen rooms, one with lake view and another city view from which you could luckily appreciate the lake, too.
Breakfast is savory and includes buffet or a la carte choices. The coffee could be improved on.
Location, the hotel is a 20 minutes walk from the train station and ferry port. A bus stop is conveniently located in front of the hotel.
Terraza is there bar and lounge. The chef's menu is a delicious choice that allows you to taste a variety of dishes including, beef tartare, lobster spaghetti, and steak.

Rooms are warm as the aircon don’t really cool the room when it is hot outside. The staff in the restaurant is great but the front office could be better trained to the Hilton standard and experience. For example, we had to ask 3 times for someone to look at the aircon and they still hadn’t noted in down, and was surprised at check out. Great location.

An outstanding hotel for a cozy retreat, especially on rainy days. Exceptional service, impeccably clean rooms and common areas, and a delightful breakfast featuring an à la carte menu with vegan options! I enjoyed the most restful sleep I've had in weeks. The room's thick door ensures a quiet environment, with excellent soundproofing throughout the hotel. I also appreciated the wardrobe's sleek design, complete with lights that illuminate when you open its doors.
The location allows for easy access to Lake Como, just across the street, within a very short walking distance.
