Trotz unserer Erschöpfung und des kalten Wetters draußen zeigte das Personal kein Verständnis und ließ uns nicht übernachten. Glücklicherweise fanden wir in einem benachbarten Hotel Zuflucht. Es ist schade, dass bürokratische Hindernisse manchmal das Mitgefühl und die Menschlichkeit beeinträchtigen können.

I attended a business event and received a tour of the facilities. I was very impressed with the spaciousness of all the public areas and rooms. The modern building design is a refreshing change from all the historic buildings and hotels in the area. I particularly enjoyed the covered lounge area with ample natural light, allowing guests to enjoy the hotel regardless of the weather. A standout feature is the rooftop bar with stunning views day and night and plenty of space, perfect for hosting an event. There are meeting rooms available as well. The suite on the top level boasts a private jacuzzi and a small pool with a large open patio. It should definitely be considered for any MICE program. The staff was extremely professional, efficient, and friendly.
