Very rude and unhelpful receptionist. Hotel looks terrible from the outside. I wouldn’t recommend!!

Un bien sympathique hôtel de taille humaine tranquille à 500m de l hyper centre médiéval historique Confortable propre bien équipé Petit déjeuner très bien mais attention pour les anglo saxons pas d œufs brouillés saucisses haricots etc ( charcuterie fromage œufs durs)

We spent very nice days at this hotel. The service was very kind and welcoming. The rooms were well-equipped and clean. We also had a very good breakfast. The location is near the train station and the city centre. Would visit again!

So when we arrived the disappointment began as we were in disbelief at the outside alone graffiti on the wall and it just looked dirty we thought we were lost it looked like a slum . On entering it was ok , it was and hotel feeling but it was clean and the lady that greet us was kind. The inside of the rooms were clean , the bathroom was clean and room air conditioned. As you can see from my pictures the view from my window was just disgraceful , no mountains view unless I got a rope to hang out the window.
The breakfast was good and better than expected however the gentleman that is their can be quite rude especially when using the coffee machine , he mutters in Italian he hoovers around making you feel uncomfortable, whatever you do make sure he gives you the tutorial before touching the machine . Also at the end he then added tax to our build which we were not aware of when we paid in advance and my sister hotel did not have tax added at her hotel. But the location is amazing right on the door step of everything. Just don’t be surprised as we were when we arrived.
