I was here in September and it was a fantastic long weekend!
The majestic castle was overwhelming to enter, and one got the feeling of entering a fairy tale.
The staff were very helpful and were ready to help us with anything we needed.
Since we were at the castle outside the high season, some services and restaurants were closed. That didn't stop the staff from offering us a wonderful experience, serving us from the menu of the "closed" restaurants. Fantastic. The same goes for the wine tasting, where the staff went out of their way to give us a great experience, even though the regular staff who usually hold the wine tasting were away for the season.
We stayed in the old castle part of the hotel.
The rooms were like a fairy tale, and you feel you are entering an old fairy tale, and sleep like a king. They have managed to keep the old expression of the castle, while at the same time it feels very modern.
