Amazing hotel in milano. Excellent rooms and service. Breakfast was very good too. 5/5

Chambre suite (126) avec 2 enfants. 2 espaces bien séparés avec petite cuisine très pratique avec un frigo. coffre fort également

One of the greatest hotels i stayed!
Great and very clean rooms also the pool is on top place!
Service is great and breakfast was really good!

No hotel information in the room... had to look on the website for information about breakfast time. No complimentary water, not even one small bottle. Charge of €3.50 for 200ml of water :-(
No USB socket in the room... very outdated.
No robes or slippers in the room...
Apparently you need to pay for the highest level room for slippers. The room smells of stale smoke.

Advertise American Buffet breakfast in my room rate, but pancakes, fried eggs or omelette all extra charge (8 euros).
Swimming pool info from reception advises swimming caps and slippers must be worn, but we saw people with no hats in the pool and wearing trainers around the pool area.
