Nice hotel with fundamental flaws. There is a motion sensor light on wardrobe with no doors that faces the bed, so it turns on when you move in bed all night, only way to turn off is pull card to turn off all power including air con and power points. Poor soundproofing, heard animated phone conversation of my neighbour all night. Asked for an iron and board on arrival around 8pm and was told they don't have irons in the rooms and to come back at 8:30am to have housekeeping do the ironing (presumably at a cost) but I was leaving before then for work so no iron). 0n the plus the bed was comfy and rooms clean. No shampoo in bathroom, just liquid soap.

Camera piccola con attrezzatura non adeguata a un hotel 4 stelle (scrivania senza luce, ci vuole accendere la TV per riuscire a vedere qualcosa). Durante la permanenza ho dovuto lasciare buona parte della mia roba in valigia x mancanza di spazio.
Mi é capitato di fare colazione 2 volte. La prima mancava di tutto perché gli ospiti mangiavano come bestie e il cameriere non riusciva a rifornire in tempo... 300 tipi di marmellate senza un solo pezzo di pane dove spalmarle. Quindi mangiato praticamente nulla e partito. Il giorno successivo ancora peggio, sembrava una invasione barbarica, mancava di tutto, posto sporco, gente grezza, partito senza fare colazione.
L'hotel certamente non risponde per l'educazione degli ospiti ma dobrebbe garantire che chiunque possa fare colazione se pagata in condizioni di igiene e con un minimo di scelta disponibile nell'orario fissato x colazione.

Location deserves 4 stars (litterally few steps from the M1 Lotto).
Service could not be classified as there is no receptionist at night (which it is absurd in a 4 stars Hotel) and we were left waiting in the hall for over 1 hr as the only personell working the night shift was running from one hotel to the the other (they have 3 in Milan).
Rooms deserve a 3, for what concerns the bedroom, and a 1 for what concerns the bathroom (not updated since the '80s). No wonder why the only pictures available on the website are showing the bedrooms and not the bathrooms.
We would definitely not recommend.

Ottima posizione. Metro a 50 m. Camera fredda, riscaldamento inesistente, finestra con molti spifferi. Letto matrimoniale con due materassi con altezze diverse. Corrente che si toglieva se l'interruttore della luce centrale della camera si spegneva. Servizio: mancanza di bagno schiuma nella doccia. Colazione con poca frutta. parcheggio interno.
Il personale della reception non era il massimo..
Non abbiamo apprezzato dopo 150 euro la richiesta di pagare 2 euro di bottiglietta d'acqua dal minibar..
Avevamo chiesto di lasciare le valige in hotel e fin qui va bene, abbiamo chiesto se potevano darci un punto dove poterci cambiare e ci è stato negato.. la prima volta che mi capita...
La posizione è eccezionale, appena accanto alla fermata della metro
