Quaint hotel in convenient location, allowed walking to multiple sites of interest. The breakfast was really good and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Good experience averall. Would definitely recommend this hotel. We had some basic special requests and they were accommodated, after some puzzled looks from some stuff. Makes you appreciate even more exceptional service of the receptionists here and the breakfast service main lady.

Pretty standard in big City Hotel, easily accessible by cab from the airport at a fairly high preset by the city price. (Driver still overcharged.) Basic amenities,the room was nothing special. Location was best feature.

Very quiet location with tram stop right out the front which takes you to Duomo or a 10 minute walk.
Supermarket just up the street and a variety of restaurants around.
Newly renovated room and bathroom. Breakfast was enough to start the day but my fat the best part was the staff. All amazing and so helpful.
???? Received an email after my first night as to how my stay was going. I have feedback that I didn’t Ike the pillows. Came back that evening to a variety! Such a lovely choice ????

The hotel lobby is pretty good and well decorated. The room was comfortable. The location is perfectly close to the metro and main attractions of the area. Highly recommended
