So I booked this hotel which turned out to be a bit too far from my working location. So, next morning I packed up, and spoke to Marco* the reception officer, who was super courteous and friendly. He understood the situation and my problem was solved. Also, he explained that I had booked a flexible rate which helped me get a full refund. I was so relieved which really made my day. Great customer service means the world to a traveler.

The front desk team (Isma, Silvia, and Frederica) made us feel at home with their warm hospitality. The rooms are large, the public transportation is excellent, we reached Duomo and Central FS in a record time.

i want to share my review with you but maybe is a long review .
i travel to milan with my family on 21 of March.before travel because our travel plan was for 15 nights,we decided to book a apartment from Airbnb with lower cost .I arrived 10 pm and we went to the Airbnb location and it was 180 degree diffrent with photos and details.on the beds was many hair and etc....
i didnt know what should i do in this case in a foreign country with my wife and 2 kids.i tried to find a hotel for 1 night to stay and after i think about the soloution.
I found radison blu hotel milan and i had a experience with radison blu hotel before and i booked 1 night and we went there.
The guy asked me why you are depressed ?and i explaind for him what happened.
He told o worries go and take a rest and tomorrow come and talk with supervisor and he will help you .
Tomorrow morning i came to reception and explaind what happened and i want to stay 14 nights more.They talked with mr Marco who was supervisor .they gave me a best offer with two room include breakfast ,withe a best parking offer and late checkout for the last day .
i was surprised and now i dont know how i can appriciate them because i was in a bad situation.
i lost my money in Airbnb but with the radison blu hotel milan and their staff i forgot every thing.
The rooms were so clean ,big size .Staff were so friendlyevery where in hotel .From security to managment.In recepetion Mrs Federica was so helpful and nice and helped me very much .breakfast was excellent and perfect but it was the same all day .I cant remeber the guy name in resturan but he was so nice and on easter gave a gift to my kids.
Hotel facilities were perfect like gym,pool and bar.
i wish this long review help you to find a nice hotel in milan like radison blu hotel milan .
At last im so appriciate of the Nice staff and mr Marcho .

My favorite place to stay in Milan. Big rooms. Very clean. Front desk Clara and Cathrina were very helpful to change dates of my reservation.

Friendly and helpful staff.
Quiet and clean rooms.
Nice bathroom with bathtub.
Great with pool, sauna & spa area opening long hours.

The room was nice and cosy. Nice breakfast, and very friendly staff. Would go back there again. Hotel is not too far from metro which is really handy.

L'accueil est très bien, personnel à l'écoute
Les chambres sont spacieuses les salle de bain très spacieuses la literie est confortable.
Seul bémol est quant au nettoyage des chambres qui doit être améliorer
L'hôtel dispose d'une piscine couverte d'une grande salle de réception
Notre séjour était bien dans cet hôtel

Unser zweites Mal in diesem Hotel. Sehr schön und vor allem sauber . Und der Service ist hervorragend. Ganz speziellen Dank an Frau Sylvia, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Had a great time here! We were upgraded to a suit which was amazing. The room was clean, breakfast was delicious and most importantly all the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Isma. The hotel has a nice indoor pool and sauna so pack a swimsuit for those rainy days. I’d stay here again for sure!

As Radisson Kids, we can warmly recommend this branch in Milan. You still feel that strong Radisson flair that hat sadly faded over the years in many other hotels. Extremely friendly staff, clean rooms and amazing breakfast. Great choice when in Milan!

Nice hotel, We are here at 20/3/2024, nice wash room & sleping room as well

Soggiorno di 3 notti e 4 giorni con colazione in suite al 7° piano.
Hotel enorme di 11 piani, con sauna,piscina, hall e sale riunione. L'ho trovato molto pulito, accogliente, ben diviso ed organizzato. Colazione varia ed ottima, dolce e salato con servizio e disponibilità dello staff impeccabile. Reception per check in e check out veloce, le Receptionist disponibili, precise e competenti . Camere silenziose e dotate di ogni comfort e spazi. Un fantastico soggiorno con garage sotterraneo collegato direttamente alle camere con ascensore. Da rifare assolutamente!! Grazie milano !

Very beautiful hotel with excellent service. We came here with our two large dogs and they were greeted with open arms and lots of love. The staff here is amazing and very friendly. The hotel is very close to the tram/train making it very convenient to move around the city. The food in the restaurant is delicious including a breakfast buffet. The next time you're in Milan, with or without your fur babies, I highly recommend staying at the Radisson Blu Hotel Milano!

All in all for sure a good hotel. If I had the choice, I would book it again. The one and only minus was the considerably high price. But everything is nowadays more expensive.

Nevertheless - if there is a special offer for the rates: Don't hesitate and go for it!
