John il ragazzo della reception super scortese oltre che svogliato, direi una persona non pronta a fare questa mansione perchè super agitato nel dire e fare le cose.

:) he location of the hotel is very good, being very close to Milan Central Station. The single room is large in terms of size and has several amenities that you would expect. All the staff I spoke to were very friendly.
:( The photos I saw of the room when I made the reservation do not correspond because my room and bathroom had a different appearance, and this is bad because in addition to having booked something that I did not use, what I had was a very gray room that it was not clean in appropriate conditions and the bathroom had a very unpleasant smell when I arrived, which has since gone away... Something that I noticed and didn't like at all (but didn't take a photo of) was the amount of dust in the ceiling ventilation of the bathroom.

La habitación si bien era pequeña era impecable. El baño era hermoso. La ubicación perfecta a 150 mts de la estación Milano Central
The furniture very old.
You can hear noise in every moment of the day.
Only shampoo and towels in the bathroom.
And on top of that I had panic attack from the as the person that was in recepesion didn’t helped me with my sister that was in the middle of the round as due to an unpredictable situation.
The manager helped us 2 other night but the first night was a nightmare as we were only 4 ladies in the middle of a new city without help.
Great location to be honest but I will not forget 25th of January in this hotel.
