Me and my two sisters booked a room for 3 for our stay there. My other sister lot her flight last minute, form Milan to her stay place. So we told here to come stay with us as we were staying there for 3 night. This was an unexpected situation, and we asked for the understanding of the hotel. Where a very bad behaved guy (which had to be the receptionist of the hotel) did not permit us to let her in. Not only he didn’t permit here to come to our room, but he told us to let here on the middle of the road on midnight. We tried to make him understand that we would pay for an extra room or bed if possible but the receptionist was very arrogant, impatient, disrespectful, harsh and lacked empathy.
The location was really good, but what do you need the location when you can’t have tranquility and understanding at your stay. We felt very afraid as he kept accusing us he would sent us to the police.
