First of all, due to a mistake, we had to pay twice for our room. That's not a problem, we're gonna handle it, but the guy at the reception wasn't the kindest... He didn't really tried to help us, the only thing, that he cared about was that when he's gonna get his money... Allright, I got it, the show must go on, even is a customer fails at a point, but come on...
The second... We booked a single, NON SMOKING room, with two separate beds. We got a double bed, with the smell of a tobacco factory, marks of cigarette burns on the blankets, and the best part, that the blanket we got was dirty as hell.
The only good point in the place is that it's close to a subway station, and the city centre.
