We tried the three local gins and loved the salty one. The space is cozy and the staff are amazingly responsive and helpful.

Tre aggettivi che meglio rappresentano l'hotel: confortevole, moderno e affascinante.
Posizione fantastica, proprio a fianco dei navigli, offre un comodo parcheggio interrato ai propri ospiti (a pagamento). Lussuoso ma sobrio, servizio impeccabile sia degli addetti alla reception sia del personale alle prime colazioni. Ho apprezzato la pulizia generale, la prima colazione, lo spazio spa (gratuito) come pure la piccola palestra. Ottima la scelta di offrire agli ospiti una piccola area food nel pomeriggio, mi sono sentita accolta e coccolata. Inutile soffermarsi sulla stanza, ben insonorizzata, letto ampio e comodo. Ambienti confortevoli e ampi.

Ho soggiornato, per la 2a volta , in questo hotel. Se la 1a volta sono stata bene, la 2a volta è stata super super. Bellissimo hotel situato in zona Navigli ma tranquillissimo. Camere bellissime, ben arredate e pulizia al top. Personale e reception gentilissimi e attenti alle tue esigenze.

The hotel is nice overall, the breakfast was amazing, my partner and experienced two black outs during our stay, one in the morning before leaving for work and another one on the same day in the evening before our business dinner.
First time lasted 1h and the second one almost 1h30, and because of that we were late for our dinner.
However we understand that this may happen but when we went to the reception to ask for an explanation the night porter answered us in a very rude way, he was just making the point that this things happened and luckily there was someone available or we could stay without energy for the whole
Weekend and of course did not apologize.
We were horrified by the bad manners, and couldn’t believe that he was answering like that to us.
Another very weird thing is that in our room there wasn’t an emergency light so we were completely left in the dark also our room was outdated and the furniture was older than my grand parents farm house.

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel !
L’hôtel est bien situé, le quartier est sympa, station de métro à 5 minutes ainsi que l’arrêt de tram.
Chambre propre, literie très confortable et personnel au petit soin, notamment pour le petit déjeuner

They have the nicest staff. I had issues with my rental vehicle, and Silvia treated it as it happened to her. She quickly assisted me with the issue to be resolved, which exceeded my expectations--don't think I can find another person who'd be more willing to help me with this tedious chore-like mission. I felt like being taken care of, and that makes me feel like home.

Hotel situato in ottima posizione sui Navigli, trasporti raggiungibili in pochi minuti a piedi. Nelle vicinanze si trovano parecchi ristoranti e di fronte c'è anche un piccolo supermercato. A disposizione dei clienti e a pagamento c'è anche il garage molto comodo ed economico. Il personale è molto disponibile e gentile, gli spazi comuni sono ampi e nel pomeriggio viene allestita una piccola merenda. La nostra camera era ampia e ben disposta, a dispozione macchina caffè, scalda acqua e un paio di bottiglie di acqua. Sicuramente da tenere in considerazione.

L’albergo è in una spozione molto comoda e il personale cordiale. Putroppo mi sento di dare 2 stelle perchè credo che la location e la camera non siano all’altezza per un albergo da quasi 300€ a notte. Inoltre aggiungo due dettagli: il sensore antincendio in camera era tappato con lo scotch; dopo aver fatto presente che l’acqua nel lavandino del bagno non defluiva correttamente ed avermi poi comunicato che il problema era stato risolto, ciò non è stato vero.

Hôtel parfaitement situé, personnel très agréable et compétent.. très commercial, j’avais réservé pour 3 personnes, malheureusement nous n’étions que 2, ils nous ont transféré dans une chambre de 2 sans frais ..j’ai beaucoup apprécié surtout à cette période de l’année…. Merci encore.

Bel hôtel calme et agréable même s’il est situé dans un quartier animé. Un grand nombre de restaurants et bars à proximité .Service impeccable , personnel compétent . Les chambres sont grandes, bien équipées et propres. Mention spéciale pour le buffet du petit déjeuner qui est top. Tout y est, salé ou sucré.
