for a 5 star hotel, the rooms should be a LOT cleaner ????. the breakfast area barely has any food worthy to create an actual meal and the bathrooms of the rooms aren’t clean. i beg you to not waste your money on this hotel and i actually think you’re better off sleeping on the streets of Milan for a few nights!!

i had low expectations after reading some negative reviews but most of them turned out to be untrue at least for me. the hotel is comfortable, quiet and beautifully designed. the rooms were spacious - great for those with big luggages - and were fitted with all the necessary amenities. staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and proactive. we even had a meal in the restaurant Petit Pierre and found the food and service incredible. it is also located in a fairly quiet part of the city, so noise was never an issue. just an overall pleasant stay! only minor criticism i have is about the breakfast. not the best i've had but not terrible enough - you can absolutely enjoy a meal before ur day starts with the breakfast buffet!
