this is the worst hotel i have EVER been in. BED BUGS EVERYWHERE. so disgusting. mattress under the sheet was completely yellow and brown. and the guy working night shift was absolutely terrible!’ he offered to change the sheets and then tried to flip the mattress to the other brown side and more bugs came out. he said it was “lint” and brushed them onto the ground alive. we did not get our money back and was forced to find a new hotel at 1am. The picture I add is only 1 of the many bugs that were crawling on ALL the mattresses (out of the 3 in the room).

Teniamo sempre presente che si parla di una struttura alberghiera ad una stella,quindi non aspettatevi la piscina o la spa...invece potrete trovare camere piccole ma ben pute e grande cortesia dai receptionist. Il vero punto di forza dell'albergo è la posizione, vicinissima a corso Buenos Aires e alla fermata metro di Porta Venezia.

Photo is only shower. But it's disgusting everywhere. The windows are broken, it feels that you sleeping outside. They don't have even a ketler, so this hotel is with the children, but you don't have where warm it up food for baby, cos they don't have a microwave. So they don't have anything! No parking as well.
I am just so disgusted right now. We ended up leaving and we have to try to deal with the manager tomorrow to get a refund.
