Voy a romper una lanza a favor del hotel. Estuve alojado 3 noches en la habitación 20. Confieso que fui con miedo después de leer el día anterior a mi llegada algunas de las reseñas que estaban publicadas, pero, lejos de la realidad, nada de lo negativo que otros comentan se cumplió. Servicio atento y amable, baños y habitación limpios, no me cobraron sabanas y toallas... La única pega, y esto no se puede solucionar, es el ruido; se escucha demasiado los ruidos de la calle y los de dentro del hotel.

The only place in France, Italy or Switzerland I stayed that refused to let me have my bike with me. Even though it was going to be packed in a box. At first she said it was not a problem and when I returned I was then told no, apparently by someone else, whom I was not allowed to talk to. I was told that a cardboard box was not a bike box, even though I had collected it from a bike shop and the girl at the desk googled bike boxes to show me what one should look like and on the same page of images there was my box. One you can buy for travel. It was the first time I've met someone so unjoyful and had such a dumb argument with in Italy. One of the best countries you can visit! Avoid this 'hotel' as apparently they will also refuse anyone with large suitcases. The service was lacking any kind of customer care even before the argument about the size of average bikes and thus bike boxes in the world. I can't imagined what a family with a pram would do...

Cet hôtel à Milan offre un excellent emplacement et des tarifs raisonnables pour le centre de Milan. Parfait pour un court séjour. Accueil chaleureux, particulièrement de la part de Karim, toujours souriant et serviable. Une expérience agréable !
