Great location, few minutes walking you are in front of beautiful landmarks .
We had such a warm welcome by the front office team and The Hotel Manager Stephanie , was so kind and helpful throughout our stay.
We found the beds simply amazing, better than sleeping on a cloud and the quality of the sheets were an absolute dream.
We really enjoyed our breakfast, the kids especially enjoyed the noodles and spring rolls addition, however the highlight was without a doubt the pastries, I think we might have tried each one and they were simply out of this world.
Manuel spent the time showing around the restaurants and even introducing chef Guida and the team.
The concierge and doormen were so kind and helpful for our very early departure, assisting with luggage, providing water and making sure our car was all ready. The swimming pool was a treat for my children and they really enjoyed , everyone in the hotel really accommodated all our needs specially with a 2 and a 7 old , Well done for the impeccable service.

Klartext. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von dem Personal empfangen, welches auch sehr hilfsbereit war und sich sofort um alle Anliegen gekümmert hat. Die Hotelmanagerin hat uns auch begrüßt und sich immer wieder während des gesamten Aufenthalt nach unserer Wohlbefinden erkundigt. Sowas haben wir noch nie erlebt. Respekt. Danke Stephanie. Weiter so!!!
Die Zimmer waren sehr schön hergerichtet. Für alle Personen lag sogar ein persönliches Willkommensschreiben bei. Für die Kinder gab es dann auch noch eine Überraschung: PlayStation, Teddy und kindergerechter Bademantel und Schlappen. Ach ja, dann war da noch das frische Obst und die Getränke, welche jeden Tag aufgefüllt wurden. Top.
Ich habe lange überlegt, und eigentlich hat auch alles sehr gut gepasst. Aber bei den Zimmern habe ich doch nur 4 von 5 Sternen gegeben. Für die Liga und Preisklasse hätte ich mir modernisierte und hellere Zimmer gewünscht. Man sieht, dass das Hotel schon ein paar Jahre auf dem Buckel hat. Hier müsste man wieder renoviert werden.
Frühstück wird im reichhaltigen Buffet angeboten.
Fitness und Spa ist auch vorhanden. Leider im Keller ohne Tageslicht.
