Le personnel très sympathique. Nous remercions toute l'équipe pour leur accueil chaleureux , tout particulièrement Nicolgiulio lors du check-in et Giorgia au spa où nous avons passé un très bon moment.

Amazing hotel and amazing team members, honestly best team members I ever seen in my trips to the hotels. They were all very welcoming and kind, attention to the things, even small details in the room, unbelievable. Mandarin Oriental Milan is our second home. I fell in love with the new lobby, amazing and the flowers in the lobby the pick ones, they were my favorites, so elegant.
The hotel has an understated elegance, and this has been considered in every detail. Pure elegance without ostentation, this is how I can describe the Mandarin Oriental Milan hotel to you. In love with this city and the hotel.

First time the bill was for another guest
Second time the bill had a transfer on it which was note mine
Food and service were both outstanding, and it was clear that my servers always went out of their way to make sure I was well looked after,
Housekeeping (including laundry) was absolutely outstanding.
My massage therapist also did an incredible job of relaxing my stiff muscles.
I was impressed from start to finish.
Bravo!!
