Stanze ristrutturate e pulite, personale gentilissimo. Comodo in quanto la stazione LIMA è di fronte.

La habitación tiene un olor terrible a tubería, y el baño es extremadamente pequeño. Yo soy menuda y no tengo problema, pero un hombre o una persona más alta tendría dificultades para ducharse. Mi habitación da a un patio interior, por lo que solo hay ruidos si los vecinos son ruidosos.
La estructura del hotel es muy caótica y cuesta encontrar los ascensores y habitaciones. Para llegar a la mía es una verdadera excursión.
El desayuno está bien y la localización es buena. Está cerca de la estación Milano Centrale y con una boca de metro en frente, por lo que fácilmente se puede llegar a las atracciones turísticas.
La estructura del hotel es muy caótica y cuesta encontrar los ascensores y habitaciones. Para llegar a la mía es una verdadera excursión.
El desayuno está bien y la localización es buena. Está cerca de la estación Milano Centrale y con una boca de metro en frente, por lo que fácilmente se puede llegar a las atracciones turísticas.

Everytime I’m in Milan I have always just stayed at the Galles Milan. It was previously owned by Best Western and by far the best stay I’d ever have. This was my first time staying here with the changed management as Una chain of hotels own it now. They’ve made a lot of changes now which takes away from the familiarity. The breakfast spread previously used to be grand, the bathrooms were stocked well. Now you’ve to ask should you need anything. The heating racks from the bathroom are gone. I mean I think these are all ways at conserving by the new management which is fine but does take away from your over all experience.
The hotel now works more along the lines of a budget hotel.
However the location still remains great. Adjacent to Lima metro station. Everything is a stones throw away. Milan centrale, duomo and so on. The street outside have pretty much everything you need.
But I feel the staff is the star. I was welcomed by Vivi at the reception who happened to remember me ( I was shocked as my last visit was pre covid so it has been a while) then everyone else I met greeted me with a ‘welcome back’. It makes a huge difference. This was the first time we spent very little time at the hotel but the staff made sure we had a good time. I shall only go back now for the people who take care of the guests at this hotel. They’re the absolute stars. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable!

Just wow, they take such great care of you here. The spa/sauna was great, amazing breakfast and nice multi media options on tv for chilling. We arrived a bit early and wanted to go for a coffee in restaurant, the guys there took good care of us. Thank you to all the kind staff, we would love to come back ❤️
Conveniences and Benefits. You at the entrance of the Lima metro station. Lots of power outlets / USB ports in the lobby. Steps an away from local restaurants ( off the main road). The room had hard wood floors. I highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for convenient place to stay.
