The place is so artsy and nice. The staff were absolutely fantastic. They were so helpful and friendly. Happy to be a guest there. We felt literally like home. The bed was so comfortable as well. There was only some sound coming from the radiators and that was a bit too loud especially at night.

Il personale è ECCEZIONALE, sono tutti super attenti, gentili ed ospitali.

Premetto che frequento spesso il bistrot a pranzo perchè è vicino al mio ufficio e non l’ostello. Il cibo è davvero buonissimo, la scelta molto varia e c’è sempre un’opzione vegetariana/vegana (il che è molto apprezzato), le porzioni giuste e il rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. L’unica pecca di questo locale è il personale di sala, le cameriere sembrano sempre infastidite e pare cerchino di evitare lo sguardo col cliente. Questo atteggiamento non è sporadico, ma succede praticamente sempre e ho molti colleghi che non voglio più andarci proprio per questo motivo. Capisco bene i tempi di gestione di un locale e nessuno cerca di essere servito in tempi record, ma neanche essere ignorato e vedere clienti arrivati dopo essere gestiti molto prima ogni giorno. Peccato, perchè la cucina è davvero molto valida.

Have been a regular customer for years. Always liked, as many others clients pointed out, the informal atmosphere of the place, which seemed to host all sorts of clients.
However, they don't have a clear coworking policy, and there have been several instances in which I felt like staff treated customers just as money making items in which they are encouraged to leave.
