Don't book in this hotel if you go after 8 pm...
I booked my stay for 2 night and i had night flight. I understand is app and they don't offer service 24h but they can provide a safe box or a place where to let the key.
I had to book another flight to be there in time and take the key and when i take it they say to me put the key in the box
So i made all the road to put the key on the box they had it and they say they dont have.
The communication with staff very bad
They say if u dont come you need yo pay 100 euro to take the key somewhere else
Everything no sense
Just dont book in this app

Unbelievable.
If you check-in after 8 pm, you are supposed to:
- pay 50 euros cash (fifty) for the trouble
- go get the keys in a place 3 km away from the apartment.
Of course, I was informed the day before, had to reserve another hotel, and lost all I had payed (luckily I was supposed to stay just one night!).
