Buen apartamento con cocina, ducha y baño amplio, calidad bastante buena.
Venimos de España y la ubicación es perfecta para moverte en tren, ya que la estación está a 2 minutos.
Emmy, la chica de recepción, 10/10. Fue atenta con nosotros en todo momento explicándonos todo para que lo entendamos, con un inglés simple lográis entenderos y eso se hace más agradable para nosotros.
Recomendable avisar con unas horas de antelación porque los apartamentos están en un bloque de pisos.
Piden fianza de 100€ se puede pagar en efectivo y al hacer el check-out se te entrega sin problema, lo veo bien.

I had a bad experience with the service in this apartment. If you make a late check in after 8 pm the reception is closed and they don’t leave the keys in a key box. The owner told us to pay 200 euro for the transfer from airport to the hotel so he will give us the keys. I really didn’t understand this. The owner told us if we refuse the transfer he can let the key in another place and we should pay a fee pf 100 euro.
The apartment was not clean.

Nothing was good from my experience to this place. The sink ti was fill of water apo t'ime. Comunication with staff so bad

If u have a late check in you will be left outside app and u have to pay a lot of money to get the key

Although we were not very good at English, we were able to spend a comfortable time thanks to the kindness of the owner.
The location is also very good as it is close to Milan Central Station.
People who rate this hotel poorly should stay at a higher rated hotel. We had no problems.
