Genial todo, la chica de recepción muy amable, el apartamento limpio y cómodo, el aire funciona perfectamente y las camas cómodas, lo único es que el wifi no funcionaba bien. Por lo demás todo genial

Το δωμάτιο πολύ μέτριο είχε υγρασία χαλασμένο καζανάκι καθόλου καλή μόνωση ακούγαμε τους δίπλα σαν να ήταν μέσα στο δικό μας δωμάτιο .
Να προσέξετε και να διαβάστε πολύ καλά της πληροφορίες προτού κλίσετε γτ άμα δεν άφταστε στην ώρα σας έχει πολιτική να σας χρεώσουν 50€ την ώρα ????‍♀️
Το μόνο καλό η τοποθεσία έχεις τα πάντα πολύ κοντά .

Anche se il albergho è in un ottimo luogo ed è economico, c'erano alcuni problemi: la reception funziona solo dalle 9:30 alle 20:00 e se si arriva più tardi si deve pagare 50€. Se si arriva prima dalle 15:00 si deve pagare per lasciare i bagagli. La camera era soddisfacente ma c'era un po di umidità, la vaschetta del gabinetto era rotto ed il divano-letto era scomodo. Fate attenzione al booking: dice che si dove lasciare come garanzia 50€ per ogni notte (vengono restituiti alle fine del soggiorno).

The reception apparently works 9:30-20:00. Be warned if you arrive later than 20:00 they charge you 50€ extra until 21:00. After 21:00 I don't know what happens, but we met some guests that had arrived later and there was nobody at the reception, no other phone to call, and they were left to their own devices. I felt really bad for them.
Also, it says at the booking site that you have to give a deposit of 50€ per night at the reception while you check in, in case of damages. If you check out earlier than 9:30 they will put the money back in your bank account, if you leave while the reception is working they will just check the room and give it back immediately.
In our room there was humidity on the wall and the toilet flush had some problem and we could hear it all day long. At least it was clean & both receptionists were nice. It's quite cheaper than other hotels and close to centrale, but having no reception at night is kinda sketchy.

Worst staff ever. Unpolite and unprofessional hotel.
Don’t come to this hotel, ever!
We couldn’t do the check in because the reception closes at 20, if you want to do the check in until 21 is possible by there’s a €50 fee. I wouldn’t arrive before 21 anyway, so I came in the second day to do the check in, an the receptionist told me that I needed to pay a €50 fee to do the check in for the room I already paid by Expedia.
Sum up: don’t come! Worst scam ever!
