I had a horrible experience with Halldis. When I arrived at the apartment, the woman who checked me in had no idea where the keys, light switches, wi-fi, remotes, etc. were. She confessed that she had never stepped foot in the apartment before. My apartment was filled with random junk, yet not equipped with the necessities for living. The washing machine did not work for my entire stay, even though I called maintenance multiple times and asked them to fix it. My wi-fi also stopped working a week into my stay, prohibiting me from attending important work meetings. They never fixed it no matter how many times I asked. I tried to be in contact with Halldis for help the entire time, and they were useless and negligent. Afterward, they ignored me at every inquiry about my 1k security deposit. I had to pester them so much to get them to return it. Overall, an awful experience. They are extremely unprofessional and ignorant of their guest's needs.

Avoid them at all cost, unprofessional
I book an apartment with them before COVID and had to cancel in 2020. Despite multiple emails requesting for refund, until now 2023 I still have not get it!! Terrible and it really show the competence of the company and management.

L'annonce est mensongere (appartement beaucoup plus petit que la surface indiquée -10 m², idem pour la terrasse.
Le parking est trop petit pour y loger plus qu'une fiat 500 et ce n'etait pas indiqué sur l'annonce lorque j'ai loué.
L'appartement est noté 5*. En fait ils font référence aux appreciations des locataires ... appreciations introuvables et évidemment non verifiables.
Attention également au calcul de la taxe de séjour...
