Food was fantastic (my veal cheek just fell apart as I cut it or put in the mouth) but while they offered me a saffron risotto instead of Parmesan, I could still only taste Parmesan. When I said why I wasn’t eating it, they took my dish away and the whole staff gathered round as the owner tried it. He agreed that too much Parmesan and would be rectified for future and have a little something- so impressed by the service and how seriously they take their food - hence 5 stars. All said the food there was one of our best experiences in Milan
