Ristorante raffinato nel cuore di milano. Il coperto ha un costo di 4€ a persona ma almeno è giustificato dai due piatti di schiacciata, pane e grissini ottimi che ti portano appena seduto. Ho mangiato una pizza margherita a 11.50€: buona, niente di eccezionale ma paga molto la location in cui ci si trova curata nei minimi dettagli. Un calice di vino Chianti ha un costo di 7€, l’acqua 3€. Sono rimasta soddisfatta

My family and I have traveled Europe multiple times per year for years now, enjoying the culture, cuisine, and service of each town we visit and revisit. I am unhappy to relate that we received the WORST service I have ever experienced in my life at a fine dining restaurant (and that covers over 4 decades and 5 continents) . Wine slopped, very few fine dining service standards attempted, no courtesy checks, or even polite conversation. We're fairly certain our waiter didn't realize we understood Italian because he insulted us to another server, in front of us, after handing us off to him to finish our service. It was embarrassing for all.
The restaurant was half full, not pressurized, so there is little excuse for this treatment.
That said, the food came from the kitchen quickly. The chef cared for the quality of his dishes as we heard an interesting exchange between he and the matradee that definitely demonstrated this. Specifically, the osso bucco was very well prepared. The coletta, risotto, and artichokes were delicious as well.
Food quality withstanding, we won't be going back, because if I see our first server again I might get myself into an international incident.

We waited 40 minutes for our order, and then the manager came and said that they don't have what we ordered and that the waiter made a mistake. Then we ordered something else, and when the meat came, it was disgusting. Beef was still alive. For big money you get big 0. Shame..
L'ambiance est sympa et cosy, nous avons bien mangé et bu du bon vin !!!
Le service était bien, dommage pas de repas spécifique aux enfants, mais c'était quand même bien, ils se sont adaptés.
