The good : Fantastic view, very pleasant and spacious rooms, quick access to the ski area, friendly staff who genuinely make an effort to communicate and help, delicious and varied food.
The bad :
1. Access to the ski lockers is a massive pain. It's two floors below the access floor, the elevators/lifts are not good, and even after taking them you still have to take the stairs for half a floor. Access is an issue at peak times due to the number of people in the stairwell. I'm pretty sure it's a safety hazard. Could be planned and organized better. Also finding the ski locker the first time was not easy, it's really an access issue.
2. Main elevators/lifts are slow, and despite there being 4 of them, only 2 seem to work at any given time.
3. Management could use a little improvement. Reception staffed by only 3 persons during peak hours, resulting in major crowding in the lobby area during check-in or checkout.
Overall :
Pretty nice place. If they fix the ski locker accessibility issue, I could see myself coming back often.

Bardzo wygodne apartamenty w rezydencji w pobliżu supermarket spożywczy sporo restauracyjek przyjemne spacery do miasta. Stoki narciarskie bardzo dobre ale wyciągi bez przykrycia co przy śnieżycy i wietrze jest nieprzyjemne

Częściowo (ski room ????) odnowiony hotel ze świetną lokalizacją narciarską. Fantastyczne kolacje! Nieco monotonne śniadania. Czysty ,duży basen. Pokoje nieduże lecz także po remoncie.

Ultra bruyant, couloirs labyrinthe, parties communes sales, prix exorbitants ! Bref à fuir!
