Io:
' Buongiorno Signora, vedo che c'è la macchinetta automatica per la preparazione del cappuccino, ma sarebbe così gentile per favore da prepararmelo con la macchina espresso del bar dell'hotel, il cappuccino della macchinetta non mi fa impazzire'
La signora :
'Se proprio insiste glielo preparo, ma bisogna usare la macchinetta automatica per il cappuccino....c'è apposta ...'
Io :
'Grazie mille, signora, grazie lo stesso, lo prendo al bar il cappuccino.'
Fine della mia storia con questo albergo.
Had not just room. More, like small appartement. Including a kitchenette, what helps me a lot to safe time, traveling business and working in the evenings. Everything clean and comfortable. Also good space i bathroom. Just my bed made a bit sound from the springs.
For Italy the breakfast was good. Small choice of cheese and ham and Salami. Plus the typical cakes, cookies etc. and some yogurt and fruits. No granola bar! If you prefer, bring yourself.
BUT TBE HELL WHY nearly all Italian hotels I stayed, the orange juice is so exorbitant bad?! Orange sugar water with aroma.
My experience with service staff complete mixed. All friendly. All individual styles. From like family or friend to friendly distanced.
About food in the restaurant I can't say anything.
Have been there for 4 nights and fond everything well and felt comfortable.
