Locali molto belli, accoglienti e personale preparato, sorridente e disponibile. Per me esperienza alla SPA da ripetere. Ricco aperitivo in locali eleganti . Atmosfera piacevolissima.

Troppo caro per i servizi offerti, sala colazione piccola, si deve attendere in fila. camere superior comunque piccole rispetto gli standard dei 4 stelle….

Very disappointing, the hotel fell completely below my expectations and hopes. I do not feel the hotel's website accurately reflects the reality of the rooms. (Upon speaking to the front desk I was told that I misunderstood the website.) The pictures here of my room do not at all reflect the charm and decor presented on the website. Plus I didn't expect to have a duct-taped heater and something white growing on the walls. While there is such a thing as old world charm, I found the hotel to severely require updating. For example, the year is 2024 and I had to unplug the lamp or TV in the room to have an available plug for my mobile phone.
I give two stars for the management showing me other available rooms, at which time I understood the problem is not my room but that the hotel as a whole needs work.
